Assassination Classroom and Classroom of The Elite to be Available on Muse Asia

Muse Asia announced that it will regularly upload Assassination Classroom and Classroom of the Elite on its YouTube channel for viewers in South and Southeast Asia. Assassination Classroom is scheduled to start airing on June 30 at 9:00 PM (GMT+8), while Classroom of the Elite will follow at 8:00 PM (GMT+8) on the same day.

Assassination Classroom originally aired in January 2015, with its second season premiering in January 2016. The anime was directed by Seiji Kishi and featured a cast including Jun Fukuyama as Koro-sensei. It also had a sequel film titled Assassination Classroom the Movie: 365 Days’ Time and inspired live-action adaptations and spin-off manga.

Described by Muse Asia, Assassination Classroom revolves around a mysterious creature that threatens to destroy Earth and is tasked with teaching class 3-E of Kunugigaoka Junior High School to defeat it. The students must assassinate the creature, known as Koro Sensei, before they graduate.

Classroom of the Elite is based on a light novel series by Syougo Kinugasa and illustrated by Shunsaku Tomose. The anime adaptation premiered in July 2017 and was directed by Seiji Kishi and Hiroyuki Hashimoto. It follows Kiyotaka Ayanokoji, a student in Class D of Tokyo Metropolitan Advanced Nurturing High School, as he navigates a cutthroat environment where students aim to rise in class rankings.

Muse Asia describes Classroom of the Elite as a school where students enjoy freedom but are segregated into different classes based on their proficiency. The protagonist strives to climb to the top class while facing challenges and forming relationships with classmates.
