The Red Hair Pirates is a powerful pirate crew in the One Piece universe, led by their captain, Akagami Shanks. What makes this group unique is that none of its members are devil fruit users, yet they are among the most powerful pirate crews in the world. Shanks was previously a member of the legendary Roger Pirates, but after the execution of the Pirate King, he formed the Red Hair Pirates. Shanks and his crew are currently one of the four Emperors of the sea, and their reputation is feared by not only other pirate crews but also the World Government and the Marines.
The crew’s strength lies in their exceptional skills in using Haki, and they have several versatile members with bizarre names, such as Benn Beckman, Lucky Roux, Yasopp, Hongo, Limejuice, Bonk Punch, Monster, Building Snake, Gab, Rockstar, and Uta (former). The hierarchy of the crew is unknown, but Shanks is the leader, followed by his second-in-command, Benn Beckman, who is also recognized for having the highest IQ of any character from East Blue.
Yasopp, who is known as the sniper and is a senior officer, is the father of Usopp, a member of the Straw Hat Pirates. The rest of the crew is composed of several other powerful individuals whose capabilities are yet to be fully revealed. The Red Hair Pirates recently emerged from the shadows and are accelerating their quest to find the One Piece. With the defeat of other powerful pirate crews like Kaido and Big Mom, the Red Hair Pirates are currently the most potent force in the One Piece universe.
