A DCEU writer criticizes Warner Bros.’ unsuccessful attempt to mimic the MCU’s success

Goyer, the acclaimed screenwriter behind “Man of Steel” and other Warner Bros.’ DC films, delved into the challenges and missteps of the DC Extended Universe (DCEU). Goyer emphasized the missed opportunity for a “Man of Steel” sequel, expressing the need for a more patient and strategic approach to Henry Cavill’s Superman character.
