Mickey Mouse and friends conquer classic Marvel Comics for Disney’s 100th anniversary

Marvel is gearing up to join in on the grand celebration of The Walt Disney Company’s 100th anniversary in 2023 with an exciting initiative called the Disney100 Variant Cover Program. Newly released covers for the upcoming months include Amazing Spider-Man #23 (April 5) by Lorenzo Pastrovicchio and Chiara Di Francia, channeling the iconic imagery from Infinity Gauntlet #1 (1991). Then, in May, artist Donald Soffritti and colorist Chiara Di Francia bring us Amazing Spider-Man #25, featuring a captivating homage to New Avengers #1 (2004). And in June, get ready for Claudio Sciarrone’s artistic take on Amazing Spider-Man #27, drawing inspiration from Invincible Iron Man #76 (2004).
